You should have informed me about that before you send me the invoice. This is my first time to try buying something through ebay. I ordered your ebay items with trust in your positive feedback record. But I'm a little disappointed now. I'm of a mind to ask you once again if your products are authentic and new. Anyway, I want you to exchange A with C which is similar with A and send me the invoice again so that I can pay the difference. I have made settlement at about 1/20. And When I claimed the items about at 2/1.  Item A was miss sent to me by item B. This will end easy if you just exchange Item B To A, I hope you will do. I know it's just a mistake so I won't blame you by claiming or giving you negative feed back. Also, I want you to tell me what to do with item B. It is your mistake that this has happened so I think I can send it by receiver charge. And last, I want to have more great deals with you so I hope you will fix it fast and accurate.

Hi , I believe you have to reimburse my return shipping since the item was not authentic one. I had you ship the order to other address in US but I'm actually in Korea. It'll cost me to ship it back to US. I really wantted to have the authentic one but I will keep this one if you can give me credit back to my account. So we can save time and money each other and clear this thing up. I'd like to have $20.00 back to my account and let me know what you think. I will close the dispute if you agree to. If you don't want to settle down, I have to elevate the dispute on ebay and send it back to you. In that case, I will ask the full refund include all shipavng and handling.

2. 클레임

* 일단 5주째인 8월 10일까지 배송을 기다리겠다.하지만 만약 그때까지 도착안할시에는 클레임을 걸겠다.

I will wait for the shipment until August 10, which is the 5th week. Unless it arrives within the days, I will claim a refund.

* 당신의 아이디가 탈퇴했다고 나오는데..해명 부탁한다...나는 이 건에 대해 걱정된다. 답장이 없을경우 클레임을 걸수 밖에없다.
